CAD, 3D design and technical design backed by hands-on manufacturing experience.
I'm Djordje Trkulja, a designer based in Stockholm. I started working professionally in design in 2008 and have worked across graphic design, 3D visualization, CAD/CAM, CNC programming and manufacturing.
A major part of my technical experience comes from PM Plast Sweden AB, where I worked for more than six years as a 3D Designer and CNC Programmer. We developed custom laboratory and industrial equipment for demanding research and technology environments, working with clients including KTH, Karolinska Institutet, Silex Microsystems, Coherent, Volvo, SLU and NTNU. My work connected the complete production process - from requirements, 3D modelling and design development to technical drawings, CNC programming, cutting plans, production documentation and hands-on support during manufacturing and assembly.
Today my work is focused on CAD, parametric design, 3D modelling, product design and technical design, building on practical experience in CAD/CAM, CNC/3D printing manufacturing and prototyping.
Designed custom laboratory and industrial furniture and equipment, including fume hoods, etching benches, wet benches and quick dumpers. Worked from requirements and 3D models through technical drawings, CNC programming, cutting plans and production documentation, with hands-on support during manufacturing and assembly.
Created garden and landscape concepts, 3D models and client visualizations. Worked with materials, lighting, rendering and presentation material used to communicate proposed designs to customers.
Worked with e-commerce operations and digital product content, combining practical online retail work with visual and product-related tasks.
Worked across advertising, e-commerce, product and 3D design. Roles included Art Director and Graphic & 3D Designer, with work covering concept development, seasonal city installations, large-format graphics, product visualization, technical design, CNC programming and production.
Produced digital campaign material for international online casino and sports brands, including banners, affiliate creatives, promotional emails and other marketing assets across multiple brands.
